The photo at the top of my blog is sunset over the Mediterranean, taken at the Tel Aviv beach in December 2009. It is so beautiful there. I hope the warmth and peacefulness of the beach at sunset, with the waves washing over the shore as they have from the beginning of time, brings you a moment of peace. It never fails for me.
The tiny photo that is my blog icon (alongside my blog name in the internet tab) is a photo of a kippah, a Jewish ritual head covering. It represents my identity in many ways — ways I hope to explain in the pages that follow!
